วันที่สามของทริปแม่ฮ่องสอน วันนี้ผมตื่นขึ้นมาตั้งแต่ก่อนเจ็ดโมงเช้า เป็นการตื่นเช้าที่สุดในรอบหลายเดือนเลยก็ว่าได้ และเป็นการตื่นเองโดยไม่ต้องตั้งนาฬิกาปลุกแต่อย่างใด อาจจะเป็นเพราะเมื่อคืนได้นอนหลับไปพร้อมบรรยากาศเย็นสบาย อากาศสดชื่นแบบไม่ต้องเปิดแอร์นอนเลย อุณหภูมิที่นี่ประมาณ 20 – 25 °C ตลอดเวลา นอนหลับชาร์จแบตให้ชีวิตอย่างเต็มที่ เมื่อแบตเต็มชีวิตก็ตื่นขึ้นมาแบบอัตโนมัติ
The third day in Mae Hong Son. Today, I woke up since before 7am. It was the earliest my wake up time in months and it was my self wake-up with no alarm clock. It might because it was the most comfortable sleeping. The weather was nice without using of air-conditioner. The temperature was 20 – 25 °C all the time. I thought my life had fully regained the energy and waken up automatically when it was fully charged.
หลังจากอาบน้ำแต่งตัวเสร็จแล้วผมก็ลงไปรับประทานอาหารเช้าที่ร้านอาหารของรีสอร์ท Lee Wine Yunnan Restaurant ที่อยู่ตรงข้ามกับทางเข้ารีสอร์ท (ค่าที่พักรวมอาหารเช้าด้วย) อาหารเช้าที่นี่จัดแบบบุฟเฟต์ ส่วนมากก็เป็นข้าวต้มและปาท่องโก๋ พร้อมด้วยชากาแฟให้บริการ รสชาติอร่อยใช้ได้เลยครับ ข้าวต้มร้อนๆ พร้อมปาท่องโก๋กับโอวัลตินอุ่น เหมาะกับบรรยากาศดีนักแล 😛
After refreshing by taking a shower, we went to restaurant of the hotel where is just opposite the entrance of hotel (Lee Wine Yunnan Restaurant). The breakfast was included in hotel charges. The breakfast was Thai – Chinese Style on buffet line. Rice porridge and Youtiao with hot chocolate and morning lake view were the best.

หลังจากที่เติมพลังตอนเช้าเรียบร้อยแล้ว ก็ได้เวลาออกไปเที่ยวยังจุดหมายแรกของเราวันนี้นั่นคือ “ปางอุ๋ง” แหล่งท่องเที่ยวที่เป็น Signature อีกแห่งของแม่ฮ่องสอน โดยใช้เส้นทางย้อนจากที่เรามาจากตัวเมืองแม่ฮ่องสอนเมื่อวานนี้ ปางอุ๋งห่างจากบ้านรักษ์ไทยประมาณ 15 กิโลเมตร ขี่มอเตอร์ไซค์ประมาณ 30 นาที ทางค่อนข้างชันและโค้งหักศอกเยอะ ใช้ความระมัดระวังกันด้วยนะครับ
Then, after we gained up the energy from wonderful breakfast. It’s time to get the first destination of the day, Pang Oung where is another “Signature” of Mae Hong Son (Thai : ปางอุ๋ง). We used the way what we used yesterday from the city to Ban Ruk Thai. It took about 30 minutes (15 km). But the way is uphill and slope. We have to be very careful.
ปางอุ๋งเป็นอ่างเก็บน้ำมีชื่อเต็มคือ “โครงการพระราชดำริปางตอง 2” เป็นโครงการเนื่องในพระราชดำริของพระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัวรัชกาลที่ 9 เพื่อส่งเสริมพัฒนาอาชีพ และความเป็นอยู่ของราษฎรกลุ่มน้อยในบริเวณนี้ให้ดีขึ้น รวมถึงฟื้นฟู และอนุรักษ์ธรรมชาติให้มีความสมบูรณ์ยั่งยืน “ปาง” หมายถึง ที่พักของคนที่ทำงานอยู่ในป่า ส่วน “อุ๋ง” หมายถึงที่ลุ่มต่ำลักษณะเป็นแอ่งกระทะมีน้ำขัง จุดเด่นของปางอุ๋งคือวิวทิวทัศน์ของอ่างเก็บน้ำที่ล้อมรอบไปด้วยภูเขา มีหมอกให้เห็นได้แทบตลอดทั้งปี บรรยากาศเงียบสงบเหมาะแก่การพักผ่อนสุดๆ อากาศก็สดชื่นมากถึงมากที่สุด หายใจได้เต็มปอด 🙂
Pang Oung (Full name : Royal Project Foundation – Pang Tong 2) is the royal project of King Rama IV to support living and occupation of local peoples as well as improve and conserve tje sustainability of the nature. The word “Pang” means resting area of bushman and the word “Oung” means lowland or plain land. The features of Pang Oung is the scenic of the reservoir where is surrounded by moutain. it has the fog all year round. The atmoshere is very peace and appropriate for resting and soothing the power to the life.

เราใช้เวลาที่ปางอุ๋งประมาณเกือบชั่วโมงครึ่งเพื่อเก็บบรรยากาศและผ่อนคลายจิตใจ จากนั้นก็มุ่งหน้าแว๊นซ์ลงเขาไปยังจุดหมายต่อไปในวันนี้คือ “น้ำตกผาเสื่อ” ซึ่งอยู่ทางเดียวกับที่เรามาจากตัวเมืองแม่ฮ่องอนเมื่อวานนี้นั่นแหละ โดยจากปางอุ๋งนั้นขับออกมาถนนหลักแล้วเลี้ยวขวามุ่งหน้าเข้าเมืองแม่ฮ่องสอนใช้เวลาประมาณครึ่งชั่วโมง
We took about an hour at Pang Oung and then we moved down hill to Pha Sua Waterfall which is the same way what we took yesterday from the city. When we got out from Pang Oung, we turned right to the main road to the waterfall. It took about 30 minutes.
น้ำตกผาเสื่อ ตั้งอยู่ในอุทยานแห่งชาติถ้ำปลา – น้ำตกผาเสื่อ เป็นน้ำตกขนาดกลาง สูงประมาณ 10 เมตร กว้าง 15 เมตร ไหลลงมาจากน้ำตกแม่สะงาในพม่ามีทั้งหมด 6 ชั้น มีน้ำเยอะตลอดทั้งปี น้ำตกแห่งนี้อยู่ท่ามกลางสภาพป่าที่อุดมสมบูรณ์ บรรยากาศร่มรื่นเต็มไปด้วยต้นไม้น้อยใหญ่ มีทางเดินของอุทยานให้เดินชมน้ำตกและถ่ายรูป ที่แอ่งน้ำตกด้านล่างห้ามเล่นน้ำ เพราะน้ำตกไหลแรงและอาจเกิดอันตรายได้ ส่วนทางเดินก็ใช้ความระมัดระวังหน่อยนะครับ เพราะน้ำตกที่ไหลแรงจนละอองน้ำเปียกทางเดินอาจจะทำให้ลื่นได้
Pha Sua Waterfal is located in Fish cave – Pha Sua National Park. The waterfall has 10m height and 15m width. It is flowing from Myanmar. It has 6 levels and plenty of water all the years. It has the walkway for visitor to wlak and see the scenic. Swimming in waterfall is prohibited due to the steam is turbulence.

ที่น้ำตกผาเสื่อนั้นใช้เวลาเยี่ยมชมไม่นาน แต่ก็ได้รูปสวยๆ พร้อมวิวงามๆ ของน้ำตกมาได้พอสมควร พอหันมามองนาฬิกาก็ปาเข้าไปเที่ยงกว่าๆ แล้ว อาจจะเป็นเพราะเมื่อเช้าใช้เวลาดื่มด่ำกับบรรยากาศอาหารเช้านานไปหน่อย (แหม่….ก็วิวมันดี อากาศมันโดน 🙂 ) ว่าแล้วก็หาอะไรแบบ Super Local กินดีกว่า จึงตัดสินใจขับกลับไปบ้านรักไทยหา “บะหมี่ยูนนาน” โซ้ยกันดีกว่า ใช้เวลาจากน้ำตกผาเสื่อประมาณ 45 นาทีก็ถึงบ้านรักษ์ไทย ที่นี่ตอนกลางวันร้านอาหารแบบชาวบ้านๆ มีให้เลือกหลายร้าน ส่วนมากเป็นบะหมี่และอาหารจานเดียวแบบง่ายๆ เล็งซ้ายแลขวาก็จัดการเข้าร้านที่อยู่ใกล้ๆ ทางเข้าลีไวน์รักษ์ไทยของเรานี่แหละ สั่งบะหมี่น้ำมาลอง รสชาติกลมกล่อมสุดยอด ไม่ต้องปรุงเครื่องเพิ่มเลย แถมอากาศเย็นๆ ซดบะหมี่ร้อนๆ นี่มันฟินนนนนนนนน 😛 มื้อนี้หมดไป 40 บาท พร้อมน้ำชา….ฟรี
We did not take so long time at Pha Sua Waterfall. But we got many nice photos from there. When we saw the watch, it was almost 12.30pm. It might be because we spent so long time to enjoy the brealfast today. We thought twice & twice and decided to find something “super local” for our lunch. Thus, we biked back to Ban Ruk Thai to find “Yunnan Style Noodle“. It took 45 minutes from waterfall to Ban Ruk Thai. At there, during daytime, it has many local fast food shops. We stopped by the noodle shop nearby our hotel and had Yunnan Noodle Soup. It was yummmmmmmmy with free hot local tea. It was only 40 THB (about 1.30 USD).

หลังจากท้องอิ่มแล้ว ตามแผนการช่วงบ่ายของเราในวันนี้คือ “ขอนั่งจิบกาแฟริมทะเลสาบที่บ้านรักษ์ไทย พร้อมกับอ่านหนังสือแบบสงบเงียบ” อาจจะเป็นเพราะอายุเริ่มมากแล้วก็ไม่อยากทำอะไรโลดโผนเหมือนสัยก่อน 5555+
ร้านกาแฟริมทะเลสาบก็มีให้เลือก 2-3 ร้าน ดูจากบรรยากาศแล้ว “ลีไวน์คอฟฟี่” น่าจะเวิร์คสุด เพราะมีที่นั่งหลายโซน สามารถเลือกโซนเงียบๆ พร้อมมีที่ชมวิวแบบส่วนตัวได้เต็มที่
Next, according to our plan, today we planned to spend our afternoon at Ban Ruk Thai by sitting at coffee shop nearby the lake, have a good coffee and read the book. It might be because we are getting older and don’t really want something adventure 🙂
It had few coffee shops nerby the lake and we decided to spend time at Lee Wine Coffee because it has seats in many zone and looked quite privacy.

จากทั้งบรรยากาศที่ดี อากาศเย็นสบาย กาแฟอร่อย และหนังสือน่าติดตาม เบ็ดเสร็จใช้เวลาไปกว่า 2 ชั่วโมงครึ่ง รู้สึกตัวอีกทีก็เกือบเย็นเข้าให้แล้ว ว่าแล้วเอาของไปเก็บที่ห้องแล้วใช้เวลาช่วงเย็นเดินเล่นสลับขี่มอเตอร์ไซค์รอบๆ หมู่บ้านดีกว่า อากาศกำลังดี (ถ้าไม่ได้ช่วงโควิดได้ข่าวว่าเราสามารถข้ามฝั่งไปพม่าแบบชั่วคราวได้ด้วย….เสียดาย) จากนั้นช่วงค่ำๆ ก็ขอจัดอาหารขึ้นชื่อของที่นี่นั่นคือ “ขาหมูหมั่นโถว” สักหน่อย เดี๋ยวจะหาว่ามาไม่ถึง รสชาติอร่อยใช้ได้….อิ่มจนจุก
The fresh weather, good atmosphere, wonderful coffee and interesting book made us spend almost two and half hours there. At that time, it was late afternoon and we thought it would better to keep stuffs in our room and take bike around the village (if it has no COVID-19, we can cross the boarder to Myanmar for temporary visiting….what a pity). Then, at evening, we decided to have the most famous food here, Stewed Pork Leg with Mantou. It was nice and made us more than really full. 😛

วันนี้นับได้ว่าเป็นวันพักผ่อนแบบจริงๆ จังๆ เลยก็ว่าได้ครับ กิจกรรมไม่เน้น เน้นความชิลลลล์ และหายใจเอาพลังงานความสดชื่นเข้าร่างกายเพื่อเตรียมพร้อมกลับไปต่อสู้กับชีวิตข้างหน้า วันนี้เป็นคืนสุดท้ายที่เราพักที่แม่ฮ่องสอน พรุ่งนี้ก็ต้องจากกันแล้วโดยเรามีแพลนว่าจะออกจากที่นี่ตั้งแต่ 7 โมงครึ่งเพื่อกลับแม่ฮ่องสอน คืนมอเตอร์ไซค์ที่เช่าไว้ และขึ้นรถตู้กลับเชียงใหม่รอบ 10 โมงเช้า จากนั้นก็ต่อเครื่องรอบค่ำกลับกรุงเทพ อยากจะบอกว่าแม่ฮ่องสอนนอกจากจะเป็นเมืองแห่งความเงียบสงบเหมาะแก่การพักผ่อนแล้ว ยังเป็นเมืองหนึ่งที่ผมคิดว่า “น่าคิดถึงที่สุด” เมืองหนึ่งในโลกนี้หลังจากที่ได้มาเยือนแล้ว…..แล้วพบกันอีกครั้งนะ…..แม่ฮ่องสอน 🙂
Today, it was our real breaking day. We had no plenty of activiry, just make everything slow and sooth the fresh air to our heart to regain the energy for fighting in another day. Tonight, it was our last night in Mae Hong Son. Tomorrow, we planned to leave Ban Ruk Thai at 7.30am to city and take the van on 10.00am to Chiangmai. Then, catch late evening flight back to Bangkok. We can say that Mae Hong Son is not only one of the best choice for peaceful breaking. But it is also the most missing city in my heart after we visited. We hope to see you again…..Mae Hong Son 🙂
