The mission in Vietnam was not finished yet…..from Hanoi, I had the next duty to complete at the seashore city in middle Vietnam, Quy Nhon (Binh Dinh). It had limited choices to connect between these 2 cities. When I searched for the flight, at that time, the earliest flight was BAMBOO AIRWAYS, the brand new lite full service airline had been my first choice. According to the suggestion of local people, this airline is reliable in term of service and on-time performance. So, I decided to fly with this airline.

The trip was started when I arrived Noi Bai Airport – Hanoi (Domestic Terminal) at 7.15am, one and half hour before flight time. The check-in queue of Bamboo Airways at this airport was not so long. It spent only 10 minutes to drop the luggage and get boarding pass.

The morning flight on weekday at Hanoi airport was not so busy. The security checking was taken only 10 minutes. I would board at the fate number 8, the aerobridge. 🙂

The boarding was on-time, at 8.20am. It was the good sign that the flight would not be delayed.

The seats were arranged as 2-2 for Business class and 3-3 for economy class, general pattern of single aisle aircraft.

The seat pitch of Economy class was acceptable for short haul flight. It had safety instruction and magazine (LOOK) in front seat pocket.

After barding completed, the flight was pushed back and taken off on-time. Then, the cabin crews had served soft drink and wet tissue. It had no snack or meal. Fortunately, I had had breakfast at the hotel before checkout. 🙂

The flying time was only an hour, then, the captain had descended the flight and landed at Phu Cat Airport safely. The landing time was 15 minutes prior the schedule. Nice !

After disembarking, I could claim my luggage at belt number-1. Phu Cat Airport is serving Binh Dinh and Quy Nhon. It is 30 km from the city center.

In overall, Bamboo airways is one of the best choice to traveling inside Vietnam. The service and on-time performance are reliable. The air-ticket cost is affordable. The airline has offer full service (free checked in baggage and in-flight drink). If I have another chance to travel between the cities in Vietnam, this airline is the one of my choice for sure.
