After my 7 days in Eastern Europe Trip, it was the time to fly back to Bangkok for the reality. Indeed, this trip, I flew and arrived in Warsaw and left from Vienna by Qatar Airways.

I left the hotel to catch RJX train from Vienna Central Station (Wien Hauptbahnhof) at 10.40AM (about 4 and half hours before flight departure time) to Vienna International Airport (Flughafen Wien). The ticket can be purchased at automatic vending machine. It is able to pay by credit card. The ticket cost was 4.60 EUR/person. It took only 15 minutes to get the airport.

After I reached the airport, I just followed the sign to departure hall, terminal – 3 for Qatar Airways.

Qatar Airways had check-in counters at Row-G in Vienna International Airport. I had completed internet check-in prior arrival the airport. I had priority to skip the queue to baggage drop counter directly. 🤗

I spent about 20 minutes to complete baggage drop and get the boarding pass. Then, I took another 30 minutes to pass immigration and security check. I had about 1 and half hours before boarding time to find easy lunch and take a look the duty free shops.

Today, my flight from Vienna to Doha would be boarding at Gate – G21. At boarding time, I arrived at the gate. The aircraft was waiting already. The boarding was started on-time. 😊

For Economy Class, the seats were arranged as 3-3-3. The seat pitch was wide and comforatable for medium-long haul flight. It had PTV, blanket, pillow and headphones for every seat.

Once the boarding was completed, the flight was pushed back and taken off on-time. When, the flight was at cruising altitude, I started to observe the lavatory. It was well cleaned and equipped with habd wash and cologne spray.

Then, the cabin crew has started the meal service. It was begun with starter, crunchy corn which is perfectly matched with white wine. The main course had 2 choices, chicken rice and shrimp noodle. I selected the first one. And, I finished the meal with hot tea. ☕

After meal, I could enjoy the hi-speed wifi in the flight by Starlink. Then, the flight was descended and safely landed at Hamad International Airport – Doha right on-time.

I walked to follow the transfer sign and check the gate for the connecting flight as well as passing the security check. The atmosphere in the airport was nice and fully decorated with green space. My flight to Bangkok would be boarding at Gate – B1.

I arrived at the gate on the boarding time. The flying whale – A380 was waiting already. The boarding was slightly delayed about 20 minutes.

For Economy Class in A380, the seats were arranged as 3-4-3. The seat pitch was super wide. I could fully stretch my legs and relax thorough the flight. 🙃 Every seat has PTV, pillow, blanket, headphones and amenity kit (socks, earplugs, toothbrush & toothpaste).

As soon as the boarding completed, the flight was taken off. It was 30 minutes delayed from scheduled. When the flight was at cruising altitude. As it was the late night flight, the cabin crews has started to serve the first meal with sandwich. It had 2 choices, chicken and veggie. I chose the veggie one to have with apple juice. 🥦

After sandwhich, I had napped for few hours. About 2 hours before landing, the second meal had been served. This time, I selected fried noodle with shrimp and hot tea.

Despite the departture was delayed, but the flight was landed at Bangkok – Suvarnabhumi Airport right on scheduled. 😉 After disemabarked from the aircraft, I passed the immigration and reclaimed by checked in baggage at the belf number 17. After that, it meant I completely arrived Thailand with impressive experience from Eastern Europe Trip.

In overall, the flight quality and service of Qatar Airways were in World Class Standard. It was worth as their advertising that they got 5-stars airlines award. I could say that Qatar Airways was a big part to make my Eastern Europe Trip thrillingly completed. Even the airfare of this airline was not the cheapest one, but it was still affordable. In my opinion, Qatar Airways shall be in my top choices to connect between Thailand and Europe. See you again next trip. ✨🤩
