I had the business purpose to Delhi – India in March 2025. The most convenient way to fly there is to use Thai Airways, the flag carrier of Thailand which is offering me the directly flight with high class service and reasonable airfare as well as comfortable schedule. So, I had no hesitation to select this airlines.
For this route, Thai Airways had up to 4 flights a day around the clock. I had selected the morning flight in order to connect the domestic flight in India within a day. Herewith my flight details for this trip.
Route : Bangkok_Suvarnabhumi (BKK) – Delhi (DEL)
Flight : TG323 – Thai Airways
Aircraft : Airbus A330-300
ETD : 07:00 AM (GMT+7)
ETA : 09:55 AM (GMT+5.5)
Duration : 4 Hours 25 Minutes
Cabin : Economy
.
I started my trip by arriving Bangkok Suvarnabhumi airport at 4.30AM (about 2 and half hours before the flight time). Check-in counter for Thai Airways is located at the row H and J.

.

.

.
Before the flight, I did Internet Check-in already. It helped me to skipped the long queue at check-in counter to the baggage drop service, save me almost 45 minutes. 😄

.

.
After finishing baggage drop and getting boarding pass, I passed through the security checkpoint and immigration. Boarding gate for today was E-3. I still had about 2 hours to relax before the flight. I use privilege of my credit card to enjoy the breakfast at Miracle Lounge.

.

.

.
About 6.30AM, I walked to the boarding gate. The passengers were waiting at the gate already. The aircraft was ready for boarding.

.

.

.

.

.

.
Five minutes after I arrived the boarding gate, the boarding was commenced.

.

.

.
The economy class seats were arranged as 3-3-3. It has PTV for every seat with pillow and blanket as well as duty free products magazine and safety instruction. The seat pitch is pertinently wide and comfortable for medium haul flight.

.

.

.

.

.

.
As soon as the boarding completed, the flight was pushed back and taken off on-time.

.
Once the flight was at cruising altitude and the seatbelt sign had been switched off, I started to survey the lavatory. It was well clean and equipped with essential things.

.

.
Then, the cabin crews started to serve the in-flight meal. As Thai Airways always serve the food corresponded to the culture of destination and my stomach cannot handle the spiciness of India food. I have ordered special meal, Fruit Platter in advance. The soft drink (and hard drink) were served along with the meal. I select hot tea to sip during the flight.

.

.
After the meal, I took some rest for few hours. Then, 30 minutes prior arrival time, the flight was started to descend to Delhi – Indira Gandhi International Airport – Terminal 3.

.

.
The flight was landed and arrived ahead the schedule about 15 minutes. 😍

.
Once I disembarked the aircraft, I just followed the sign to immigration and baggage claim. For the passenger visiting India for First time, it is recommended to register biometrics at arrival by following the instruction at the airport. However, I have visited India several times, I was able to skip this process. But I still had to apply Electronic Visa before travel from this website : https://indianvisaonline.gov.in/evisa/tvoa.html. And, don’t forget to fill-in The Arrival Card before reaching to immigration check. Fortunately, Thai Airways gave this card since in the flight, I had filled it prior landing. 🛬😇

.

.

.
I spent about 15 minutes to clear the immigration. Then, I walked to retrieve my checked-in baggage at the conveyor number 14.

.

.
Once I could get my baggage, it meant I completely arrived in India. I could continue my mission on this trip. 😆

.

.
Overall, Thai Airways was able to maintain their 4-stars service with nice ground experience and in-flight service as well as superb on-time performance. This is still my first choice to connect between capital of Thailand and India. Wish you have wonderful staying in India. 🇮🇳
